A sleep coach is an individual who will create with you a personalized sleep plan that fits your family’s unique needs, parenting style, and desired sleep goals.Throughout the process just like any other coach, I will support and guide you by offering appropriate advice, encouragement and reassurance, while making any necessary adjustments to the sleep plan, based on your child’s response.
I help families address sleep challenges such as;

I help families of children ages 6 months to 6 years old. For babies under 6 months, I will consult with parents on how to set up healthy sleep habits from the start and how to gently shape their sleep.
Each family has its own sleep issue, specific sleep goals and every child and every age is different, therefore I cannot give an exact timeline. Most families however, could see improvements within a few days to a couple of weeks. In general, the more patient, committed and consistent you are, the quicker the process.
Unfortunately, some tears are inevitable during the sleep coaching process as your child faces change. However, we will create a sleep plan which you are comfortable with. Our goal will be to minimize tears and frustration, while providing reassurance (this can include picking up and holding your child). Your sleep plan will be as gentel as possible and as unique as your child.
Of course, I will assist you in creating an individualized sleep plan that fits your family’s unique needs, parenting style, and desired sleep goals.
